Meet Huckleberry

Huckleberry is a sweet, gentle boy who just needs a little time to settle into new surroundings before his true personality shines. Like many cats, he can be a bit unsure when faced with a new environment, but with patience and a calm home, he quickly learns that he's safe.

Once Huckleberry feels comfortable, he transforms into a social, affectionate companion who enjoys spending time with his people and soaking up attention. His gentle, loving nature makes him a wonderful friend for someone willing to give him the opportunity to adjust at his own pace.

To help make his transition into a new home as smooth as possible, Huckleberry will go home with anti-anxiety medication to be used during his first week or two while he settles in. This is simply to help ease the stress of the transition and give him the best chance to feel comfortable in his new surroundings.

Medical Note: This cat has been medically cleared for adoption but was housed in a quarantined area. As a precaution, they should be adopted into a home without other cats or with fully vaccinated resident cats, as they could still be an asymptomatic carrier (to unvaccinated cats)
