Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SPCA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the printed return slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
